Return Policy

Return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original product packaging, including all literature, documentation, original receipts, and tags.

There are no restocking fees on product returns that meet the above conditions.

Returned items will be subject to review and inspection upon arrival at the store to determine eligibility for a product refund. (Please allow up to 3-5 days for inspection to be completed on large multi-item returns). If the product shows signs of use or attempted installation, it will be returned to the customer with no refund given.

Shipping an item for return must be paid for by the customer.

If the delivery date of items passes 15 days, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied.

Vehicles, Motorcycles, Scooters, ATVs, Snowmobiles, Side by Sides, Electronic items, Swimsuits, some Apparels & Helmets are not eligible for return.

What is a new condition?

Vehicles: motorcycles, Scooters, ATVs, Snowmobiles, Side by Sides are non-refundable. 

Electronics: There are no refunds available on electronic items.

Apparel: Any merchandise that has been 'taken out for a ride' is considered used and cannot be returned. Items must still have all tags attached.(undergarments such as swimwear are final sale and are non-refundable.)

Vehicle Parts & Tires: Any part that has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-refundable.

Helmets: Helmets are non-refundable. 

Steps for Return Shipping

Online 

1.  Submit a return request to our email, "admin@albertacycle.com"

2.  Print off your supplied return label (we will supply you with a return label after you have submitted a request to our email).

3. Prepare the package and attach return label

4.  Ship out your package. (Await inspection results on return.) Note: Expect delays around 3–5 days for large multi item returns

 

In-Store

1.  Please take the original receipt and the item that you want to return or exchange. 

2.  For the return, the original payment card is required, unless you pay cash. 

3. Items returned must be in good condition with a tag. 

4. Our staff will help you with returns or exchanges.
